  • This calming formula is designed to support neuromuscular relaxation and stress resilience in swine through complementary nutritional mechanisms. GABA, L-theanine, glycine, and magnesium (as glycinate) are all documented modulators of inhibitory neurotransmission and have been associated with reduced physiological stress responses and improved behavioral stability in livestock and monogastric models (NRC, 2012; Morrow et al., 2014; Kim et al., 2017). Inositol and betaine support cellular osmoregulation and nervous system signaling, which may aid pigs during periods of handling, transport, or environmental stress (Kidd et al., 2001). L-arginine and vitamin B6 contribute to nitric-oxide signaling and neurotransmitter synthesis, supporting normal vascular and neurological function, while dextrose and vanilla enhance palatability and rapid intake under stress. Calcium carbonate provides neuromuscular support, and silicon dioxide serves as a flow agent to ensure uniform delivery.
